We stock our ears every Friday typically at 4pm PST. Our ears can sellout quickly depending on demand so we are often sold out until our timed restocks.

We restock on select designs every Friday! Check our homepage or our IG to see what will be restocking this week. If you are looking for a set that we do not restock often, we would recommend shopping during a pre-order sale, where we typically offer every design on our portfolio.

We sell our ears exclusively during our timed restocks, typically on Fridays at 4pm PST. We unfortunately do not take custom orders or orders outside of this time. We are a micro business so we can only take so many orders at a time.

FOR READY TO SHIP EARS

You can expect your ears to ship early the following week after purchase. We are a small business so it takes us a day or so to get all the previous week’s ears packaged & ready to go. If you are concerned about an upcoming trip, please email us at hello@the-good-ears.com. However, please understand that we can’t guarantee arrival of your trip or special event is within a week of the purchase date.

FOR PREORDER EARS

We have a 4-6 week lead time for all our preorder ears unless otherwise advertised. When we advertise for the next preorder sale, that means we are currently working on your order as we process the previous month’s preorders the week that we take new preorders.
