Shipping policy
The Good Ears is not held liable for any shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. Once your package is given to the USPS, the USPS is now liable for your package. If you have a lost or stolen package, please file a claim with USPS.
We cannot promise shipping times, but we can give estimates based on previous experience. This does not mean that your order will arrive within those estimates.
If you would like to upgrade your order to Priority, please email hello@the-good-ears.com.
We do not track sticker orders UNLESS you upgrade to tracking on your order. If you have not received your order after two weeks of receiving your shipping notification, please email hello@the-good-ears.com.
ADDRESS CHANGES
We are happy to change your address after you have placed your order HOWEVER this is a courtesy. We are NOT liable if your order is sent to the old address. Please try to use your current address.
If you do ask for an address change, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE A PHOTO CONFIRMATION. We are often juggling 50+ orders at a time, so a photo confirmation is the best way to ensure that your address has been changed.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We ship worldwide EXCEPT to any countries in the EU. Being a small business owned and ran by one person, we are unable to abide by the requirements of the GPSR at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
