Return and Refund Policy

APPAREL

Apparel items are not eligible for returns or refunds after they have shipped.We use a third party fulfillment service to process and ship our apparel to save on space as well as save on waste from overstock items. We, therefore, cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on apparel items at this time.

STICKERS

Shipped stickers are not eligible for returns UNLESS they arrive damaged. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your sticker to be eligible for a return. 

EARS

Ears are eligible for returns and refunds for one calendar week after receiving your package. You must contact us via email hello@the-good-ears.com within one week of receiving your ears to return. To be eligible for a return, your ears must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. They must also be in the original packaging. We will refund the full total your order MINUS SHIPPING COSTS for the initial shipment and return of the package upon receiving your package. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in your email return request to hello@the-good-ears.com. This includes the name used on the order & the order number. Reason for return is not necessary, but is a courtesy to let us know what we can do better in the future. We will email back with a pre-paid return label. Please secure this label OVER the existing label with clear packing tape and close the rest of package with tape. Drop off as USPS in the Pre-Paid Package bin. We will refund the amount of ears MINUS shipping costs after we have received your item back. 

All Bridal Ears and Custom Magic Maker Ears are not available for returns as these are custom items. 

CM EARS-- Once your proof is approved, you are responsible for any design issues such as misspellings, colors etc. CM ears are only eligible for return to fix the product in the case of damage during shipping or in the off chance of the design NOT matching the approved proof.

Lost or stolen packages are not eligible for refunds, as this is out of our control. Please file a claim with USPS for lost or stolen packages.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within one week of purchase, as long as your order has not shipped yet. CM ears cannot be cancelled after the proof is approved even if they do not arrive on your personal timeline for an event etc. If you do have a timeline please email hello@the-good-ears.com. for a postal service upgrade.

The Good Ears is not responsible to upgrade your postage without your payment UNLESS the order is arriving late/outside your promised turnaround time. Please communicate these request through email or direct message.

If you have ordered CM ears and I do not receive a proof approval from you within ONE MONTH or 30 days of initial contact, your order will be canceled by The Good Ears.
