Cast Member Custom Ears are unique to The Good Ears and are guaranteed to remind you of your time working for the mouse! Because of the high demand of these ears, they are only available in limited quantities during timed openings once a month. I will not take any orders on these ears besides during these openings. To stay up to date, follow along on Instagram or Facebook. Details are usually posted during the week of the next opening. 

Not sure how to order? First choose which Park or Non-Park Location you are looking for. Then check that location to see if your costume is available. If it is not there, then you must order my Custom Deluxe Design Package, I accept any and all new customer with this package! Costumes are separated by park, so make sure to order from the correct park!

Turnaround time is 30-50 days. If you have a special event within this TAT, please send an email to thegoodears1@gmail.com with your order # and your special event. I will try to accommodate for your event, but it is not guaranteed, especially events within one month of purchase.

After purchase, please frequently check your email for follow-up design proofs. You must approve this design before I will move forward with making your ears.

I will not be taking requests to remove name tags from the non-costumed WDW or DLR ears.
